Adf.ly website is not opening

You might have landed here, coz adf.ly is not opening in your browser. (haha , I knew that :P )

Probably its blocked by DoT (Department of Telecom, India) 

To open the website, 

type https://adf.ly

i.e remember to type https instead of http

This trick works most of the time when the website is blocked and it will work with any browser.
